The Recipe
1. Together we fill out a food questionnaire detailing
your food preferences and any special dietary
requirements. This happens at our initial meeting in
your home.
2. I propose a customized menu of 3 to 5 entrées
with appropriate sides
3. You review and approve your menu requesting
any changes desired.
4. We schedule a cookday for me to come and
cook in your home.
5. On your COOKDAY:
I shop for the freshest and finest ingredients
I need to prepare your entrées and sides |
and then head to your home with all my pots,
pans and utensils.
I prepare and cook your meals and then
package your entrées and sides and
label each container identifying the dish,
number
of
servings, date and heating instructions.
I leave your entrées and sides in your refrigerator
and/or freezer as previously discussed.
You come home to a clean kitchen filled with the
lingering aroma of mouth-watering creations.
NO STRESS and NO MESS!!
6. By following the heating instructions I have left, your
meals will taste like they were just prepared.
7. Every night you can now ENJOY DINnEr AGAIN! |
